It's basically just a ground based teddy bear with a pouch that doesn't give a damn about anything, and without the signs I think they'd probably be extinct.<BR/><BR/>I got my ballot in the mail about a week and a half ago, and inside there was a pamphlet that described how the Internets could be used to print a free waybill and ship my ballot. Huzzah!<BR/><BR/>Also, I'm from the future so it makes sense that I get my ballot first.
